Avila Serum Sent broken sample, charged $98 to replace it, then charged $98 next month. Customer Service said there wasn't a problem,they had their money. Then refused to talk & hung up. Denver Colorado

I had problems from start. They advertised one item, but wanted to send sample & something else. Sample was broken, they charged &98 to replace a $4.95 sample. No mention of more stuff to come, $98 the next month. My wife couldn't use the stuff, it broke her out. I have protested the chargers with my credit card company.
