I saw an ad about Joanna Gaines' new face line, so I thought I would give it the free trial a try.  All you had to do was pay shipping.  I was pleased with the product. Then 2 weeks later I got an order confirmation for a 14 day avila cream email stating that $97.41 was deducted from my account and $98.41 for avila serum.  I had not order this. I went to my bank, they gave me avila's telephone number. I called them.  Initially, they were kind and agree to refund my money. they also agreed to give me a discount on future orders. Then she became very abrupt and hung up. Ten days Later, I called again. This time reach an Indian sounding man.  He declared that the lady had mis-spoken.  That the money that was taken from my account was to pay for the trial products I received back in September.  I tried to explain that it was a free trial where you pay shipping and handling. He said this was payment for that product. This is a ripoff.  If Joanna Gaines has any thing to say about how things are run in this company, she needs to make thing right.  This practice is not only smearing her product but her good name.  Shame on this company.
