Avistar - Parking Company Of America Airports - FASTTRACK Airport Parking Damage was done and covered up. They denied responsibility to the damage Jamaica New York

To keep it brief, my car was damaged by the parking company. They distracted me from noticing it by saying the cars lights were left on by accident and the battery was now dead. Funny thing was that it was left dead in the dark part of the lot and not in the lighted loading/inspection area! They new the dead battery situation but yet no one was making an attempt to start it and have it ready for me in the proper location. Basically the car was damaged on the passenger side which was quickly concealed by the lot attendants van so that we could jump my car. All said and done, I got in and drove home to find the damage the next morning. My fault for not fully inspecting the car before leaving, so I guess their plan worked!

They denied claim because "Your claim has been denied because it was not reported before you left the facility" exact words from the claims manager even after fully explaining the situation and how the evidence was clear of the damage cover up. He also didn't investigate, ask questions to the JFK manager or even to have fully understand my information (almost as if he didn't read it well enough to understand it).

Doing a little research, I have found numerous allegations towards this company and specifically to this location. Maybe thats why they are changing names or using a DBA.

Makes you wonder, What ever happened to "do the right thing"? I was at least expecting an investigation if anything!

I now feel like leaving my car with them is like leaving with the first person you may see on a city street!!!!

Lesson learned here.
