Avoir Skin and Velour Skin Eye Cream are the products that are advertized all over the internet as providing you with absolutely FREE product if you only pay shipping. Sounded like a nice opportunity to try the product so I ordered the FREE product and paid them approximately 10.00 in shipping. They shipped 1 small bottle that was the Avoir Skin product which was essentially empty - there was something in the bottle, but it was too little for the pump to get it to come out. The other little jar had a cream in it... both were shipped in one envelope with absolutely NO PAPERWORK of any kind. There was NO notification that they had enrolled us in a program where they intended to begin making monthly charges to my credit card in the amounts of $94.63 and $98.73 respectively!!!!! I called them today and was told that they had already processed those charges to my credit card just 2 weeks after we placed the order for the "FREE PRODUCT-just pay shipping".
After arguing with them for a while, being placed on hold several times, etc. I finally said I will ship this stuff back to you immediately just as you shipped it to me! Mind you, we never got their actual product (although they had already begun charging me for it) and that one of the two trial size bottles that they sent was empty! They agreed to provide me with return authorization numbers and we immediately took the package to the post office - they told me that I had to return it with insurance on the package as well as a tracking number. We did that. I also said that I think I should call my credit card company and dispute these charges - they told me that it wasn't necessary. I did so anyway... the credit card company told me that I did the correct thing by contacting them and that they would also block this company from being able to make any further charges to my account.
These people are scam artists! They know all the right things to say to not tell you the truth by telling half truths and lies. BE WARE! DON'T BUY FROM THEM! THEY SHOULD BE SUED!

The beat goes on with this company! They have continued to harass me. I was forced to cancel a credit card, and forced to report them to another of our credit card companies who have assured me that they will not accept any further charges from this company and will dispute the original charges that were made. The original empty bottle that was mailed to me and the remainder or the other product that I was told to return before they would refund the charges were mailed immediately on the date that this was agreed upon. Well, yesterday more of their crap arrived at my home and today yet another package was delivered. Both were returned to sender with DELIVERY REFUSED written on the exterior - and were not opened by the way. I have written a otter to the better business bureau and have alerted my lawyer who is now prepared to sue them should they bother me even one more time. Anyone who would like to join me in this legal action may do so. Simply write a rebuttal to this report and we can fiugure out some way to communicated with each other - perhaps theough the people who run this Ripoff website.
