Avoir and Velour skincare billed me for products I did not order Internet

I ordered a trial size product of Avoir and Velour via the internet paying only shipping and handling.  The product after I used it several days caused my skin to burn.  I discontinued using.  There were not return instructions when the items when they mailed to me.

In the meantime another company kept calling trying to get me to accept "free gas cards worth $100 if I would try out another service.  I declined the trial offer then they started calling again thanking me for order of Avoir and Velour.  I checked my credit card statement and found they had billed me $94.53 and $98.73.  I called customer service and advised I had not ordered any additional products.  They informed me that I had agreed to this purchase when I clicked on the agreement purchase box.  They said I had 14 days in which to cancel and return the original order and I was beyond that.  I informed them I would contact my credit card company and they said it wouldn't do any good because they had already done what they needed to do under law and I was liable.  I told them I was going to post a negative comment on the internet and they said they were sorry but the best they could do was offer a 35% refund.

They finally gave me two cancel numbers as a guarantee that I would no longer be billed for any further purchases.  This was all extremely misleading and I feel totally ripped off.
