Avoir Skin Care is a scam and a rip off! santa ana California

I saw the add for the skin care serum on line and it said that the skin care product was only 1.95 for the sample.

It said nothing at all about 14 day trial period and then you will be charged 98.00 for the "SAMPLE" product. To my surprise about 15 days later my debit card was charged, I called the company to tell them to cancel this account and refund my money, as I had been ripped off and mislead by the website.

The sales rep said that i should have read the fine print...I did read, it I told him and no where did I see it, if I had I would Not have purchased it.

I explained to him that this is poor business to deal with consumers this way...it is dishonest and underhanded. He just kept saying I should have read the fine print...He continued to ask me to stay on board with the product and kept offering to lower the price per month. When I refused every offer he then asked me "Well what can you afford to pay?"

I am going to my Bank to see if there is anything at all that can be done as now this shady business has my info and I am regretting it big time...Not to mention the product does not work..it is a complete and total scam.

I would not doubt it if the contents of the bottle are just lotion from bottles they bought at Walmart. I am so upset I could cry.
