aw auto pro Runaround on refund lake balboa, California

I was on the computer one day and saw theyre ad so I filled it out to get some info on it, they called me the next day and after listening I told hem I could not aford it, he kept comming down on price and said that I could cancel at anytime, Im on ssd, and was told my rent was going to go up, so in their book it says if you cancel withen 30 days you get a full refund, so I called to cancel and talked to a man named mr jerry welton who told me if I faxed a statment that I wanted to cancel it that it would be put back on my card that day, so I faxed it to him that day that was on 5/17/12 nothing happend so I called back a couple of days later, and a lady said no it takes about 4 days so I waited still nothing, I called again this time another lady said oh it takes 10 to 14 days still nothing, so I called them today on 6/4/12 and asked to speek to a maniger, I was told that none was around but that someone should call me back.    I know its only 135.00 dollers but its the point I hate to get ripped off .      thank you
