i ordered radialab whinkle cream free sample and received it feb19. on april 2 i received more and called them back to cancel it. thay gave me a return number and i returned it to my post office the next day. i sent it back to the address that was on the bubble wrap package that was sent to me. i did not know that that was a diffrent address that i was supposed to ship it to. when i got my credit card statement thay charged me 34.95. i called the 1-888-778-8624 to correct this mistake and was accused of being a lyer. thay said thay did not receive it. i said it's because it went back to the address that was on the original package. thay won't give me that address.  the 1-888-778-8624 when you call it says you have reacked pcla5 your call can not be connected. this is a rip-off. i want my credit card credited with the 34.95 thay owe me.  i tryed their web sight and their is no # or any way i can get through.
