Ahern & Associates will RIP you OFF! I am previous client of this company based from Phx AZ.  The owner is Andy Ahern.  He will get on the phone and tell you how he can help you and your company get your "golden parachutes".  In 2004 I thought I was getting my "golden parachutes".  I was left broke by this man and his company. I was RIPPED OFF.  One of his salesman that quit back then told me how Ahern does it with the trucking companies. Ahern's salesman does nothing but cold calling until they find someone that needs help.  The salesmen say they have these big companies interested in buying other transportation companies. It is like fishing, "throwing the bait to see who bites", or like Barnum Bros said, "there is a sucker born every minute". I was a sucker.  I paid him every week to do an audit and my company was closed down. I had to file for bankruptcy, but Andy Ahern made sure he was paid every week if not I would have a salesmen on the phone with me as to where is Ahern's money.  The only reason this man and company even exist today is because of us. We have made this man and his company rich.  When I saw this I was very happy that more people are standing up to his lies.  I also want to be part of getting the word out there. STAY AWAY FROM AHERN AND ASSOCIATES LTD. STAY AWAY FROM ANDRE W AHERN OR AW AHERN. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR COMPANY HE WILL LITERALLY RIP YOU OFF. IF YOU ARE REALLY THAT DESPERATE FOR HELP GO ELSEWHERE NOT WITH AHERN AND ASSOCIATES LTD OR AW AHERN OR ANDRE W AHERN.  STAY AWAY AND BEWARE OF HIS LIES HE WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU LET YOURSELF FALL FOR HIS CHEAP TALK. HE WILL PUSH THE ENVELOPE AND MAKE YOU FEEL THAT YOU CAN NOT GET ANYWHERE WITHOUT HIM.  I know that I have now moved on with my life and retired enjoying my family and grandkids, but please do not let this happen to you.
