Award Notification Commision ANC I was sent an official looking letter that I won 2,000,000.00 only to look down farther to see I would have to pay money to obtain the "Premium" award offered. Kansas City, Kansas

The ANC award letter stated I was the winner of 2,000,000.00 and in order to receive the premium award I would need to enclose $11.89 that is "required by the Award Commision and failure to enclose said monies would void and invalidate delivery at once" also if I wanted a "rush" decision I should enclose an additional $3.00. They also state "as a supplement of option pending presentation as recipient identified herein, a special Premium offer is being held in my name consisting of a bonafide: $2,500 gift certificate for upto 75% offWOARewards.com online merchandise and service offerings." Everything looks so official, but if you are a winner of any money you do not have to ever pay anything but the taxes on that money, speaking of which if I decide to take the lum sum option then I would receive $1,090,000.00. This is nothing more than an attempt to obtain money that OTHER people work hard for, even though it is a small amount, just think of how many people receive this notification and how many send in the small amount because it isn't a large amount to pay for $2,000,000.00.
