I have received an award letter (U.S. Postage paid pre-sorted first class mail with permit no. 4280)) from the Commission of Judging and Processding Division, Award Notification Commission stating that I will be receiving a check of $1,327,940.00 or a 30-year annuity of $2,000,000.00.
In order to claim this money, I have to send a premium offer fee due for delivery of $12.99 or to elect a "rush processing" to add $3.00 (total enclosed $15.00). Remittance must be made by cash, check or money order payable to ANC. The award letter included an official bar code identifier with schedule form no. 13570 and signed by the judge (signature not legible), There was also a copy attached "Grand Prize Sweepstakes XVI Offical Rules".

Although I don't know who would fall for something like this, there will always be naive and ignorant people around who may take this scam as legit. Your posting could well save someone from falling for this.

Of course that is a scam, it's a NIGERIAN scam and those have been around for DECADES! Did you just first now figure this out? These are a dime a dozen and anyone stupid enough to fall for these deserves whatever they get. I don't know why you are even bothering to post this here because the Nigerians change them up a bit for each person they send them out to. Basically you are just wasting your time and everyone else's.
