AWARD POOLS DON'T BE FOOLED!! AWARD POOLS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT HIRE! ORLANDO Florida

In March 2006, we have entered into our own Twiligh Zone with Award Pools. My husband wanted to give his family a place to enjoy after moving into our new house. Against my wishes he began to call Pool companys. Mid March Damion (do not remember last name) came to our home. First words out of his mouth was have you owned a pool before? Our answer was yes. With who, Antony Sylvan Pools. Because he said told my husband that they are a subsidary of Anthony Sylvan Pools, my husband thought we were fine, BIG MISTAKE! Because my husband did not want to waste time paying in phases to the pool company he paid all up front. Yeah, big mistake.

My husband thought nothing on it when he saw the machine come to the home the following day to begin to dig. One problem, they came in the wrong side to of the property and tore up the wrong nieghbors yard, when we had permission from our neighbor on the otherside.

O.k 3 weeks went by and we had a hole in ground. Finally, we had activity to put down the cement in the pool. Two days later we received by registered mail from the cement company letting us know they are placing a lien on my property. I jumped contacted my husband, he called them they said that the company jumped the gun they pay out 1st and the end of the month. We will send you the release for that.

We got it, but that was the begining. another 3 weeks pass and again my husband had to call them to get their rears going. 2 weeks went by and the deck was laid. Another 3 weeks went by the paint job and than the enclosure. We are at the final stage and they have stopped in their tracks. 3 Liens later, poor workmanship, not fully completed items and no one to speak to. We are at a wits end. This company will steal your money. This company MISREPRESENTS THEMSELVES and most of all you pay top money for cheap material and labor.

If you are looking for reputible company Award Pools is not your company. I had to pay out of pocket to get my pool to run and now have to pay someone to haul all the crap they left behind. I will have to pay an attorney to help us remove the leins on our home. We are the victims and we are being punished by the subcontractors to pay again what had been paid in full back in March.
