All of the parts needed for the Awesome Auger (advertised on TV) were not received. There is a customer service number, but you can't get to them -- they're always busy. Another complaint: The product was $19.95, and the shipping was $28.90, for a grand total of $48.85. However, I could take this IF I COULD GET ALL THE PARTS TO THE RUN THE MACHINE!
