Axia College Of Phoenix Of Arizona still enrolled and unsure what to do Ripoff Phoenix Internet

I am currently enrolled in axia college university of phoenix and have been for 1 year almost to the day. I have only been given a federal check 1 time over this year. I felt as though it was normal because I had to repeat 2 classes. One time was my fault and the other was my advisors fault. I had tech problems and could not get the final assignment posted until after midnight and was told would have to be approved by an academic bored before it could be graded. Several weeks went by and was finanlly confronted by another advisor when she fessed up that she never sent it to anyone. I had to repeat the class. Because of all of this I felt it was just for them to keep my money.I have been told to call a lawyer but like i said I felt like they were doing the right thing for me. I have told them several times I wanted to quit but never have. How can you quit and not have to repay the loans? What can and should I do? Please someone help. I have to take off a few days because my computers messing up so please respond ASAP.
