I enrolled in Axia college and had to withdraw for medical reasons. Now they will not give me a letter of clearance so I can go to another school. No one will call me back from financial aid. I also keep receiving bills from them when they were paid by federal funds and i should owe nothing. Please Help!

The Office of Dispute Management is a joke !!!!!!

When contacting the office of dispute management the only thing that gets rectafied is the cost the school says you owe regardless of if it is the right amount or not. I have been a student of UOP for two years and I can say first hand experience that the school is Fraudulent. The thing that surprises me is that there is documented truth to this affect so I do not need to prove my point any further. When someone gets sued $9.8 million and $4.4 million just as two examples, you would think that their perception of fraudulent actions would become clear. I have had so many issues with the UOP that it would take me 10 pages of information to say it all. When a person is supposedly credited for a class, why does the UOP try to get around that by saying ok we are going to give you a partial disbursement of your and I quote "MY" pell grant not the schools but Mine. See the UOP trys to be sneaky and say we are going to credit you for the class and then turn around and take your pell to pay for the class. "WHERE IS THE CREDIT"? Obviously there is no credit and just another lie that was told to me.
