Axin Financial Services ripoff scam Irvine CALIFORNIA

3 months ago, I been approached by a Team of highly professional individuals selling me on the ideea of starting my own Web store where they would support me with building the web site, until profitable. I ask how long do I have, to change my mind.
I was told 3 months.

They gave me all kinds of papers to sign among which, It was this Axin Financial Services from Irvine CA. I did not have any representation at the time. This happens on a Friday evening. I can only rich my lawyer on Monday. On his advise, I sent back the cancellation papers by mail; then I left for Europe (vacation) two months.

Came Back, and Axin was drawing money from my account ????
I called them, and they said that is to late to cancel, (to them it was only 3 days the cancellation limit) and that I have to pay for 3 years $40 a month, whether they provide me with any services or not! -- and that they did not receive the cancellation papers (!!!).

I had to close my bank account, since they would not take NO for answer,
What kind of company offer only 3 day for research on a contract. I realized that there was something fishy here.

Presently I am asking for my money back, and I welcome any support in exposing these frauds and chits. They seem to be operating with a Judge from NY (hon. John Gleeson) US district judge. I do not believe he knows anything about this scheme.

Definitely, Axin financial should be investigated, if not Indicted for fraud and forgery. These people are criminals operating just under the radar of the law. I feel this company has grossly misrepresented itself, and should pay for this type of criminal activity.
