The woman named Daniela Mar, now of ALUNA HEALING CENTRE, California, was interfering in my legal business with very dubious motives and without ascertaining the relevant facts in 2016 to assist a company to try and criminalize me in bad fath (which comes under the term of legal persecution) to sue me for 1.6 million in damages and without telling her now ex-husband to get rid of the 14 kilos of cannabis sacks.

That business was DENIED and that business is now PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

These people also attempted in various ways to interfere in an old lawsuit involving me in an attempt to get Euros 300,000 (for themselves), without any rightful claim, to fund ayahuasca retreats, their "extended families" and to fund a network of luxury ayahuasca retreats in Portugal (which then burnt down)

Using the defence of honest opinion - that interference was because I refused to go and live at Earth Connection Portugal, serve them and fund their work.

Adrian Freedman, leader of Santo Daime Church supported (and funded) these peoples actions, tried to interfere in my Article 9 religious freedom rights and as a result his own organization Santo Daime Church was stripped of Article 9 religious freedom rights in all of Europe.

When they (they meaning the leaders of Earth Connection Portugal to quote the Ayahuasca Defence Fund) were arrested with the 14 kilos of cannabis, they started attacking my reputation, persecuting me, and they lost an online smearing war that involved trying to discredit my reputation.

What then happened was the Santo Daime was struck with a bane (aka a curse) of what they complain to be legal persecution and its their karma for interferinng in my legal business and persecuting me en mass in the name of ayahuasca.

In 2017 they were warned, persecute me with malice and you will have the prohibition of ayahuasca in every country, and thats exactly what went down. They were also forewarned about these fires.

Santo Daime put up over 800 thousand (thats 5 times my original claim against them) to try and get court injunctions, gag orders, search orders and legal judgments, got absolutely nothing to show for it except a 26+ country continent wide prohibition on ayahuasca, a bunch of police raids, a lot of bad legal outcomes for ayahuasca and an extremely nasty controversy that they are the authors of.

At bottom the womans initial actions (with Freedman in support later) are the entire cause of the criminalisation of all of the European Santo Daime Churches including the cancellation of the Article 9 legal rights of the Mother Church of Santo Daime Amsterdam - of which the woman originally came from.

The ALUNA venture is built on a lot of bad karma and what happened is not my responsibility and in fair comment they have "extended family problems"

As a legal comment (update) this "Johannes Maasland" finally deleted and took off all his smears, lies and defamation posted about me including 48 comments in a very ill-conceived "Aluna ordered" December solstice attack on my reputation done on Facebook. No doubt Adrian Freedman (and Benjamin Meeus, legal advisor for the European Santo Daime Churches) in the end had to make this "Johannes" idiot behave, but far too late for the legal status of Santo Daime (destroyed internationally) and Aluna's reputation. They (Aluna) and Freedman ordered Johannes defamatory attacks, smears, threats and lies, and threatened to ruin my reputation, now these people will have to experience what they wanted for me.

Except in this case all the comments about them are "predominantly true" and/or matters of honest opinion, fair comment, privileged remarks, reply to attacks (on me), public interest comments, self defence comments and a long list of other legal defences apply (including written consent to the postings).

Johannes defamatory attacks are totally cleaned off my FB and his FB page, everything here that comes under "answer back" is legally privileged. Most importantly because Aluna, ICEERS, Freedman and Retreat Guru "authorized" Johannes attacks, any comments about them here are in fact legally privileged and they can do nothing about them legally (and they are not allowed to retaliate in the circumstances).

You can also legally attack back those who "authorized" or aided and abetted" the attack using the legal defence of reply to attack, and to the degree necessary to stop relentless, vicious and malicious attacks from criminals and a criminal organization condemned in every Court of Europe, who write "we won't ever stop it, we love what we are doing, and you cannot stop us defaming you".

Deliberate and pre-meditated malice, and complicity, on the part of Aluna, ICEERS Ayahuasca Defence Fund, Freedman and Retreat Guru (working collectively to "authorize" and "order" Johannes attacks) is proven and made out. The purpose of the attack by Johannes (extended family member of Aluna) for December 2023 has also been legally made out (see March 20th 2024) and they were legally obliged to retract and take off all of the defamatory statements made by Johannes (all 48 of them).

ATTILA AKAT posted up exactly the same set of links in his rebuttal as Johannes was posting in his smear campaign and the links had gmx email embedded URLS, so it is clear proof they ordered Johannes attacks.

ATTILA AKAT was not blackmailed for 100,000 euros either, it was a legal demand (Pre Action Protocol) after which the family escalated their attacks on me, and they are the one's with the messed up reputation.

Attila Akat and the family kept posting up pure lies after Johannes got arrested growing weed and then misrepresented the true facts about an old civil case not even relevant to the dispute in hand.

In summary the family tried to make me lose a 1,6 million dollar lawsuit in 2016, without telling Johannes to get rid of the bags of weed, and the intentions backfired on them as legal problems in the USA with Drug Enforcement Authority and a legal prohibition of ayahuasca in Europe.

Daniela was also submitting a fake take down order to Google Legal pretending to be me, forging a court order. I never had to take down any post about her family, and its all legally privileged reply to attack.

Santo Daime and her family LOST at Google, various Google blocking orders are in force (on them) and Aluna Healing Center isn't even legal. The story of legal whiteness and vindication is covered on my website.

Daniela  of the ALUNA team fully vindicated me in this matter, that being, apologizing and saying sorry for making defamatory allegations of rape.

These people need to comprehend and understand I or my community want nothing to do with Aluna, Ayahuasca or Daniela. These people have problems taking no for an answer and Daniela legally estranged herself from me, my energy and my community by her own actions. I suggest she deals with it, takes responsibility for the breakdown of her marriage and in her words to me "start growing up". All this failed 8th magic is, is trying to manipulate my energy to try and coerce us to serve her using harassment and stalking whilst trying to get me in legal trouble when it's her, and her family, and her Church, breaking the law.

The legal meaning of Aluna's actions were if you wont be back on the rope (see above Astral Planes Witchcraft blogspot) we will have Johannes order some harassment. It is always 24 hours after Daniela is told I do not want to serve her energy with ayahuasca (and be back on the rope).

The legal facts are "the rope" in itself was illegitimate (in Earth and Divine Law) and whatever the woman's subsequent intentions are, or were, are therefore legally "moot", and the Santo Daime "hive mind" lost all its energy, legal status and stones, to cancel rope magic (binding magic to the soul of the herd or hivemind using witchcraft induced sentiment) see also, "the freedom of one man is worth more than the free will of the many (hundreds of thousands of people) in the Santo Daime hive mind" (Ascent).

The predominant motive (as defined in law) of the woman was make an "illegitimate rope with black magic" and attempt to force servitude to the Santo Daime "hive-mind" with black magic, and to "coerce free will" contrary to Earth and Divine Law, the countermagic dissolved the same "rope" made into the Santo Daime "hive-mind" and emptied the race of stones.

In case law Article 10 (of me) prevails, and Freedman, Aluna, nor anyone else, ever filed a legal claim in the statue of limitations (which is 1 year), and it was because on legal meaning the allegations these people tried to coerce sexual consent to say it was rape are in fact true. They were doing it and the Ayahuasca Defence Fund admitted backing them up and Daniela Mar herself ordered the harassment emails admitting I was being defamed for rape, and that is why everyone failed to get injunctions (as they were the ones harassing, stalking and threatening me, posting "we are loving it all the way" and it was defined as "using threats of violence, harassment and stalking to coerce me into a sexual relationship that I never wanted" on top of failed 8th magic. 

The whole story can be summed up as Daniela's hidden agendas and intentions toward me gone bad. The woman is responsible for her own actions, intentions and consequences of them. The woman decided in 2016 I was going to serve her family, and in honest opinion, decided I was going to give her a sexual relationship, change woman, and she wanted to get rid of Johannes.

The woman had a set of intentions that nobody else was even in agreement with (or even knew what they were until they got sucked into the story and had to examine what the womans intentions really were), and it comes under manipulating someone's free will with ayahuasca black magic (using illicit "soul-binding magic" and "8th magic" which is a type of "love magic" to compel someone be in love with your energy, to try and make someone agree to a sexual relationship when you otherwise would never agree) and that's Danielas intentions all along.

Johannes kept posting I had subconscious intentions and they were Daniela's intentions imprinted on my energy with black magic in ayahuasca ceremony (done remotely, I was not even there for the dates September 11th/12th 2016. Daniela wanted to change Johannes for me, and "tried to change man" using magic and interfering in my legal business.

The woman subconsciously intended for me to give her a sexual relationship and that is part of the dynamic going on, and I became immune to this woman's magic, and the legal story mentioned means interfering in someone's legal business (without telling Johannes to get rid of the weed) to try and make someone serve your family when they would never agree, and then everyone else got involved to try and coerce me to agree to serve the Aluna Sanctuary (and its a repeat of 2016, deja vu) and it is the woman's groundhog intentions that did it, and thats what "marmot" was, a groundhog cycle seeded by Daniela's intentions on my energy.

Daniela's complicated intentions (complicated as they are masked and not clear for ordinary people to see without an extraordinary level of insight power) "changed the legal stones", cursed the Church with criminalization of ayahuasca, and the intentions to smear my reputation backfired on them.

Daniela was behind the harassment of me the whole time, and it is all revenge because I wouldn't go and live with them and serve the Sanctuary and its a rehash of her relationship abuse karma that actually has nothing to do with me at all, and Freedman has a background of an abusive father who in his own words abused him and made him bitter, angry and makes him take things out on teachers. The whole story needs "healing" and people will agree, and the healing is called taking responsibility, something these people don't do, and karma teaches them lessons (heavy lessons) as Johannes keeps posting.

Once Aluna lost their Instagram and their customer base with it, they left me alone, but the damage has been done. These people tried to make an ayahuasca business on nasty transgressions toward me done maliciously (we love what we are doing and we won't stop it) and there are very stiff and unpleasant karmic consequences on black stones returns (arrests, police raids, legal problems, fires, family curses, etc).

It should be added, anyone that gets involved with the intentions of Daniela Mar, what then appears is a curse of losing energy, legal problems and a stack of other problems, and its proof you got involved. Its the same everywhere in all places. The problem people have is they believed in her lies, and also Freedman's lies, and never ascertained what her intentions was, and they all told themselves a story they wanted to believe even though it was false (and can be proven to be false).

Freedman was also peddling malicious falsehood. If you get involved in something and you never discerned what was really going on, you got sucked in to a story (as Freedman wrote). Then its your fault and not mine. More so if I advised you not to get involved.

If people need more clarity on what the truth is, I can fill people in on the facts, the actual facts of what really happened.

Daniela Mar of Aluna forged a take down order at Google Legal, as an unintended side effect, Google removed the content of various defamatory blogspots Attila and anors kept reposting, the woman got involved in trying to make me lose a 1,6 million dollar lawsuit, and FAILED.

When I said I was done with ayahuasca ans these people in August 2016 - the woman reported me to the USA in a civil matter in September 2016 and as said by another in the paragraph above it was done to create a "danger situation" in a "hidden hand" attempt to interfere with my marriage, leave my wife and make it look like someone else did it - with the failed intention to influence my free will and change my mind (and go to Earth Connection Portugal, and pay).

By "danger situation" meaning create a menacing looking situation to make it look like I better be afraid and hide from a lawsuit, that she instigated by proxy., and failed to tell "Johannes" to dispose of the cannabis sacks, Daniela and her now ex-husband was caught by police with this cannabis.

At bottom (to use legal terminology)- she wanted me to go there, fund her family shortfall and serve them, and when I did not want that, then interfered in my legal business to try and manipulate the consent. She told the Plaintiffs where I was and it was not "Johannes" and Johannes admitted it was her as such in June 2017 in his harassment campaign (which started in January 2017 and 2 months after the police took the Santo Maria aka cannabis) which involved over 700 counts of harassment that she and her family were ordering on purpose and often before these 8ths (covered elsewhere).

These Plaintiffs back in the day basically got nothing in a 1.6 million dollar lawsuit, these people kept posting links and harassment to attempt to coerce perjury and coerce settlement (which also failed), the attempt to criminalize me (and ruin my reputation) failed, and the intention to try and criminalize me for money, criminalized her and Johannes with the cannabis sacks, and her entire Santo Daime Church with the prohibition (criminalization of ayahuasca).

The European Court of Human Rights has found that a person cannot be forced to demonstrate views or behaviour associated with a particular religion.

Daniela wrote a sorry email and it is in relation to me, and it came from Aluna's email so it is a sorry and a vindication of me, from them. People can see it for themselves and the words. There are also other various admissions of wrongdoing from various people, in summary, I am totally innocent and blameless in this dispute, and Daniela vindicated me and my story.

I published it as so many people maliciously discredited me, and public vindication is right and proper.

Daniela and her family are responsible also for payment of damages, forgiveness and confession is one thing, making good is about restorative restitution, moral responsibility, taking responsibility, that is maturity and wisdom and in Alexandra Akat's words, life changes when people take responsibility.

The ayahuasca community in Portugal including Attila Akat, were posting malicious allegations, defamation, harassment, posting it was not cannabis when it was, and Dani Mar's husband waged a campaign of cyberstalking and in the legal definition it was sustained 4A stalking using the emails of Breath and Sound and their mobile phones arranged by Dani Mar, her ex-husband, her family and a large number of others in Portugal. The family of Dani Mar names Alexandra Akat and Attika Akat along with many other people were doing it as well on various complaints websites, my website, Retreat Guru and impersonating me, posting defamation and sharing links to death threats. They were warned such an action was ill-advised and a week later, using the legal defence of honest opinion, in June 2017 a foretold fire bearing the hallmarks of divine retribution badly damaged Gravito and killed 64 people. In October 2017 the same thing happened again (people posting threats of violence before ayahuasca) and Earth Connection Portugal and Sanctuary 1860 were both destroyed by foretold fires.

I became immune to the witchcraft used and it was simply gatecrashing my energy in ayahuasca using intimidation to get energy and these people (falsely) believe they have the right to force my energy in ayahuasca ceremonies by way of posting or sending threats of violence just before the sessions.

These people were not successful in their endeavours and they had to own their own intentions, a lot of these planned "luxury ayahuasca retreats" in Portugal either burned down in foretold fires, were raided by police (for which they are responsible) or went out of business for various other reasons.

The woman is BARRED from our community and our retreat centre, we are not serving this womans work with ayahuasca and a fire was also foretold several times at Aluna Ayahuasca Retreat in the USA.

There is plenty of evidence to back up all the statements made.

The energy facts of this dispute are that since 2016 Dani Mar and the ayahuasca community were advised that I never wished to serve this woman, the ayahuasca community nor her family at Sanctuary 1860 citing the disallowed use of my energy in service of ayahuasca. Since then the woman and the entire ayahuasca community objected, making false arrogation claims on my energy in ayahuasca.

The end result is the Santo Daime Church criminalized, stripped of energy and stripped of legal status, which was their intentions. The woman interfered in my legal business with bad motives, failed and cursed Santo Daime with the ban (on honest opinion).

The woman and anors were warned repeatedly in 2017,2018,2019, 2020 and 2021 to stop posting intimidation before ayahuasca, to stop ayahuasca (because of foretold fires), to clean up their ethical (and legal act) after which en mass the ayahuasca community with the backup of Adrian Freedman began a series of malicious attacks designed to force me to serve ayahuasca which is not even legal.

This centre was reported to the Drug Enforcement Adminstration (DEA) for supply of Schedule 1 drugs after which people tried defaming me for rape, and FAILED, so its federal witness tampering with intent.

The womans family at Sanctuary 1860 also kept reposting Dani Mar's husbands threats, adding their own, inciting Dani Mar's husband to keep at it, and their friends were posting sick lies until the foretold fire destroyed Earth Connection Portugal and Sanctuary 1860, both places doing ayahuasca.

In response to Cease and Desists, legal communications and being CC'd in police reports, they escalated the behaviour, as a result people got arrested for ayahuasca in Portugal.

The nexus of Freedmans actions were, serve the ayahuasca work of Dani Mar, or we put you in a wheelchair and smear you as a mentally sick pedophile, and report you to the cops for pedophilia and rape, and we will pay people to do it, and we will keep stalking you and your wife, and we wont stop doing it until you serve ayahuasca, and the Ayahuasca Defense Fund will back me up (as they did, to their detriment, appearing as prohibition for ayahuasca).

Adrian Freedman and anors including Attila Akat was warned in May 2017 and July 2017 (and at many other times) of catastophic fires destroying ayahuasca retreat centres, after which he had me threatened, stalked and smeared as mentally ill, for which there is much evidence.

Over the past two years this individual has repeatedly harassed me on the Internet by spreading blatant lies and smearing my reputation.  Up until now, I have not spoken up against his false accusations because I have hoped that his unexplainable rage would subside after he realized that he was not receiving his desired reaction. However, it has now come to a point where I can no longer remain silent and I need to set the record straight.

The only connection I have with this individual is that he propositioned my sister-in-law and she did not respond to his advances.  Ever since my sister-in-law rejected him, he has been on a personal crusade to not only damage her reputation but also my wife and my reputations, by spreading false accusations and by consistently subjecting us to his attacks. 

The facts are that:

1. I have only met him one time
2. I never made any threats against him
3. I have not been listed in any kind of police report
4. I have not been involved in any criminal trial
5. I have not been named in any lawsuit
6. He attempted to blackmail my family by asking for 100,000 euro in return for removing his online defamations against us.
7. He has knowingly falsified posts on this board by impersonating the sender

In addition to his cyber bullying of my family and me, this individual has a history of attacking others online.  Below are links to over 10 different cases of cyber bullying (with similar false claims) that he has initiated against others.

A police report was sent on 18.8.2017 to the GNR Police in Portugal.

The police station said 'prisao preventiva' was inevitable for Johannes.

Many of the problems in the Portugal Santo Daime Church (including arrests and busts for cannabis cultivation) can be attributed to the Santo Daime Church in Portugal having a lax attitude toward mixing cannabis and Santo Daime, even though that went against the teachings and wishes of the founding father of the Daime Church.

It also explains why those Centres in Portugal who do not allow people to use cannabis in ceremony, are suffering no detriment, so cannabis in the Portugal works has degraded the Daime family there.

It seems the cannabis culture in Portugal is part of the problem, and because it erodes ethics and morality, it also explains why I have been abused and threatened with death, for presenting the lesson, for those involved smoked, and grew, much cannabis, encouraged by the Church because cannabis was given out and openly smoked at the works, and people were told it was ok if they brought enough to share.

Enough to share at a ceremony of 50-100 people (at a modest half a joint each, that would be 25-50 joints), that would certainly require people to break the law, because also they would not want to share all that they had, and there are many works in a single cannabis growing season.

In September 2016 I warned them (Daniela Market and Johannes Maasland who are or at least were partners with the Sanctuary 1860) as their Mentor to tone down their cannabis operations but they did not listen. They agreed to legal disclaimers with regard to illegal activities and personal responsibility.

They brought my Voyager book which talks about how to use medicines responsibly (and legally) in the context of spiritual practice as well as messages about love and healing from other spiritual planes, and teachings about Ascension.

There is a time and place for the use of shamanic medicines, and even cannabis (where legal) and thus some of my book taught them how to integrate medicine wisdom into their lives.

But they did not take my teachings seriously and they believed they would ascend (go to heaven alive, like Jesus) in December 2016, despite having major personal problems and a lack of respect for their mentor and they also admitted they had toxic relationship and self-love issues.

The very first page of the book (that they paid a lot of money for because of its rarity and size) carried a legal disclaimer which says:-

I foresaw big trouble in their lives as their mentor, because I felt their egos were getting high on the attention of being the number one in Portugal. They were growing much cannabis. At first, they only grew a small amount, and as their mentor, it is not for me to judge or get involved.

But he said always to me he is afraid to get caught, and his land has no fences and many people can see in, and visit as well for the retreats.

Then he grow many cannabis plants, like 100 in a big plot, and then I know this is crazy and trouble is coming.

I said to them many times in 2016, to tone it down and just keep it personal (growing the cannabis for personal use). But they clearly wanted to be the number one in Portugal for cannabis, so I withdrew from their lives, as a raid was inevitable.

Daniela behaved in such a way that I was invoked to give more lessons, so I gave them prophetic warnings of trouble and told them the steps to take and made recommendations, including toning down the cannabis, but she insulted her Mentor and thought she knew better. So I let them find their own way.

I also reminded them of the legal disclaimers about abuse or threats to me (the terms they agreed to are screenshotted) because abuse to the Mentor makes karma.

There seems to be an issue where they or the Santo Daime Church (who provides the Ayahuasca tea) think they are not responsible, but the disclaimers are clear, and in any case, when you break the law, the problem is with yourself.

I never taught them to break the law as their Mentor, and the record should show, I warned them to choose a different path and instead they turned on me, and Johannes labelled me mentally ill, evil and made threats (police report GCLSA 37 /17.0)

I was summoned to see the police again because I had to make a complaint about Johannes, because he kept trolling me online and saying I was mentally ill and should feel the fear, and that comes under harassment of trial witnesses.

As a result, the police said to me instead of having to report to the police three times a week, instead, he may be subjected to house arrest or pre-trial detention pending trial.

They also said they were monitoring the Sanctuary 1860 Ayahuasca Retreat Centre on an ongoing basis because they now know that Ayahuasca retreat centres in Portugal are places where cannabis may be grown or perhaps sold/distributed on the premises.

So anyone attending their retreats may be subjected to in person or vehicle searches.

I had some experiences of drinking the Ayahuasca with Daniela Markert and Alexandra and Attila Akat, before they started the Sanctuary 1860 and I was always experiencing heavy disturbances. The first time I drank with Daniela and Johannes, was at a rented house before they started Earth Connection Portugal.

In that experience, the medicine tasted acrid and bitter and within 20 minutes felt very ill and vomited many times, and then overheated, and had to rest outside, and then I could not drink again.

In another ceremony, I found that the hosts (Daniela and Johannes, with the Akats present also) were trying to get me to live with them so that they could have a free mentor in their house.

The Ayahuasca work was very hard and I vomited maybe 12 times, and straight after everyone is asking me questions, and it feels so unpleasant and something felt very wrong.

For months afterwards I got very sick, had nightmares and had numerous near death experiences, and it was because they did not know what they were doing, and an expert mentions what can happen if people are not trained in running Ayahuasca Ceremonies.

I reflected back to them their intentions in a letter to tidy up the matter and to show them where they went wrong (with some information redacted) so they can learn from the matter and take responsibility.

Dear Daniela,

It may also be useful for me to reflect back to you the questionable intentions of that 'fateful' Shambala Circle where I was invited to drink the Ayahuasca tea, with your family (which included Johannes, the Akats as well as Andi and Olly).

It would appear, on reflection, that something about that work was very bad indeed, and reflects on your questionable
ethical integrity as hosts and what happened violate the founding ethical and moral principles with regard to practice in
your work as amateur hosts.

At first when I reflected on it I was very curious why I vomited at least 12 times in that work and why it was so extreme,
and why I have spent the last 16 months of my life figuring out what went on in that work.

It seems to me the root cause was your questionable intentions, and the intentions of the others. You both made a big
deal about you wanting me to live there (and thus experience separation as you wanted me to leave my partner behind).
On many occasions, including in the work, both of you tried to suggest that again, and for reasons that are somewhat
dubious and an attempt to abuse, control or manipulate the energy field of a Spiritual Teacher for egoistical purposes,
namely wanting to be the number one in Portugal.

As you had spent a lot of money on refurbishment, building yurts and similar, you wanted to recoup the money, and thus
trying to get a Spiritual Teacher was clearly alluring.

The presence of a guru in your home would certainly have inflated your own egos and self-importance, albeit with severe detriment to my wellbeing.

The 12 times of vomiting in the works was clearly my energy field repelling the collective intentions, as your family and
friends were clearly in on the plan, as they all would have had a free mentor.

Not only would I have had to have paid Euro 30-50,000 (to quote Johannes) to live with you, I would also have had to
have given free mentoring to anyone that wanted it, so that people would feel good and like you in return (thus inflating
your egos).

Also, as you did not believe I should have any money (despite your family bragging about luxury cars and the like), you
would have wanted me to become totally and utterly dependent upon you, and thus basically, you wanted me under your
control, so that you could please and uplift your family and yourselves, and because you were not healed and happy in
yourselves, so needed a 'lift' so to speak.

When you invited me to the work, I was not supposed to talk about the collapse (and your sister did not want to be
frightened by any prophecies), but perhaps if I had talked about the collapse, you and your people might have developed
some wisdom, and avoided the collapse self-evident in all of your own lives now.

Instead, some of your people only wanted to hear good things (things that inflated their egos) because on some level,
they were all part of the plan to try and pull me into living at Earth Connection Portugal.

Had I have moved there, I would also be facing jail, as Johannes was hell bent on growing more and more cannabis, so
much that he was throwing big amounts away!

The trouble with your plan was that it did not respect my awareness, energy, integrity or anything else about me and my
work, and clearly backfired.

As that plan failed, when I decided to leave your lives, foreseeing inevitable trouble, instead, you put a cord in me, to try
and effect the same intentions, but metaphysically instead of in the physical, which explains why all your lives are ruined,
for that cord you have made will unravel all of your lives until there is nothing left standing and until I am free from all of
your karma.

Your intentions to be the number one in Portugal blinded you to the path of ethical integrity and the importance of
respecting awareness, and you thought that my focussing hard enough you could put a cord in a Spiritual Teacher (without his consent) in order for you to 'uplift your family'.

It is obvious now that only a proper sorry to me can undo the damage done. It might be that instead of me giving you
Euro 30,000, you might have to pay me that (or much more) in damages for defamation's and death threats, unless you
and your family take the olive branch proposal offered.

As you can see, my prophecy of catastrophe was right and is clearly a lesson for all of your egos in respect for
awareness, the medicine and the energy fields of other people in tea works.

I also prophesized a police raid in October 2016 and then in November 2016 Earth Connection Portugal were busted.

They had no fences and had many strangers visiting, and they had a big cannabis plantation, and the locals were unhappy over the business of building their yurt, and their egos were so inflated, I saw big trouble, and told them to step back and rethink matters, and made other recommendations to avoid the disaster.

They did not believe their mentor and just wanted to be number one in Portugal for Ayahuasca Ceremonies, even though they did not know what they were doing, and admitted having toxic relationship issues. Daniela Markert complained that Johannes had a darkness eating away inside of him and went into dark spaces when left alone.

I told Johannes to stop hosting tea works but he did not listen. He said also growing all the cannabis took much energy, so I said why not just grow for yourself instead of for so many other people. But he did not listen and then grew 14 kilos.

I chose not to live with them and I thank my Higher Power I did not otherwise I would be in trouble for cannabis.

A Shambala Circle is another word for an informal Ayahuasca Ceremony, using the Ayahuasca tea.

I received an apology from Adrian Freedman of the Santo Daime Church in this matter (I dont have the login to post as the report author, but I am the author) who expressed sincere sorries for the disturbances caused, his apology is  here in full.

Apologies from Earth Connection Portugal (Daniela Markert and Johannes Maasland) as well as from Sanctuary 1860 (Alexandra and Attila Akat) have NOT been received for the behaviour complained of, including being threatened in relation to being accussed of being a police informant on the cannabis. Those apologies are outstanding.

Earth Connection Portugal is now PERMANENTLY CLOSED as  aresult of this matter.

Sanctuary 1860 have cancelled some high profile retreats including a visit from an international shaman, after concerns were raised. They too, are expected to close because of the scandal of a cannabis bust in the family, and for partnering up in business, with those in trouble with the police, a bad business decision.

However, I was apologized to by a long standing retreat leader involved in the Ayahuasca scene, he had this to say:-

However, sadly, and with all the best intentions in the world we cannot control the thoughts, words and actions of others.

IN over 20 years of being involved in this movement we have never asked anyone to set up any kind of group on our
behalf and have never assumed responsibility for what another person might do. In the case of JM, he seems like an
extremely unstable and maverick character, totally unsuited to this kind of work. As I mentioned before, we never asked
him to do anything on behalf of us, or to be representative of us, and its most unfortunate that he should claim such a
thing. If I ever met him again I would confront him over why he is making these false claims.

In the meantime, i take this experience as a lesson and a teaching and will do my best to take advantage of the
opportunity to be a better person and a better group leader. I feel so sorry for the distress and disturbance you have
suffered as a result of one person's stupid, irresponsible behaviour, and the way it reflects badly on all of us.

By the way, I look back on our long association and i appreciate your luminous presence in all the spiritual works we
shared.
