Aylon Technologies Inc ripoff, fraudulent billing ripoff dirty SOB's ripoff deception Norcross Georgia

To whom it may concern:

On July 7, 2003 I received a call from my daughter stating that I was to contact a Ms. Green at 888.249.1033 ext 706 from Merchants. My daughter indicated that this woman was very rude when she called, however my daughter contacted me at work to give me this information. Due to the fact that I have children, and they were out of town at that time I felt the need to contact this person immediately to see what this was all about.

I called Ms. Green, who was extremely rude to me, their customer supposedly who promptly informed me that I she was a collection agency and I owed a debt to them in the amount of $ 406.72. I of course asked what for, she advised a premium website. I told her that she must be mistaken. She gave some dates to me, and I asked her if I had signed something, gave a credit card to them, or authorized anyone on my behalf to go to this site. She then started explaining how just hooked itself up once a pop up came, and she would give me a discount of 25% if I paid her right now. She then told me that I knew I owed the money and had used the service. She then threatened legal action, although I demanded several times to see a copy of a bill. She didnt even acknowledge this idea. She promptly hung up on me.

On 7-11-03 I received a document in the mail from Merchants Credit Guide Co. indicating to me that they were collecting a past due balance from Alyon Technologies Inc.

It is very unfortunate to see all of the internet abuse that is taking place. I wont be paying this bill, and sent a copy to the Minnesota Department of Commerce, also I sent the Merchants Credit Guide Co. a copy of this email along with all the information that I obtained at this site.

Please be advised public we are under attack by Aylon Technologies and others in a ploy to rip-off the public who enjoy using the internet whether it be for work, pleasure or just simple entertainment.
