AZ Department of Economic Security DES VIOLATING SEVERAL LAWS & INCOMPETENT AT BASIC MATH CALCULATIONS Internet

 Raised issues on law violations have been ignored for 5 months; modification papers  gross monthly income: $2764  the state is confiscating more than 50%, $1602.19!!!  DES is not calculating Arrears correct either, owed: $16,000 a tax intercept and deducted amount $5221.... DES is now saying the amount is over $25,000???? This fight has been going on for four years, Pinal County Superior Court, Judge William O'Neil and then Judge Joseph Georgini, biased and violated Child Support worksheet of reduced income and additional children; ignored abuse, ignored ex withholding children from father, ignored forgery, gave ex tax exemptions eventhough she does not work or have taxable income, forcing me in financial hell and into arrears.

Governor Brewer:

As to date your agency, the Department of Economic Security is still refusing to follow the law by continuing to violate ARS 33-1131 (C ), ARS 25-501, ARS 25-503. It has been several months which is more than enough time allocated for this adjustment. Do not tell me it takes X amount of days to modify when Assistant Director to Mr. Youngs office stated by letter that my husband was entitled to a modification; but instead notified his employer of an increase! As I remind you that his modification change is a whopping 44% difference and that your agency, DES is confiscating this amount of almost 73% of his gross income without legal justification; as he is bringing home $600 per month BEFORE taxes (Gross)! And I also remind you that DES own agent admitted that there was no justification for the amount being seized and that it was only a money grab scheme.

I am not amused by DES fabricated pre-printed concern letter or their negligence to State and Federal Laws which seems to be an issue with this agency as they can not add or subtract amounts correctly as which can be seen with his current arrears (dispute)!

Therefore; I expect immediate action on this modification reduction as it is the State of Arizona who is purposely violating laws, discriminating, maliciously acting biased, constituting in financial harassment with full vexatious intent forcing him into bankruptcy AND deliberately denying his financial responsibility and duties to our 2 children at home!!

Furthermore; I have to ask if DES Director Youngs quick resignation was due from violating several Cases and Laws besides my husbands or if DES is expecting a class action lawsuit??
