These crooks basically made a clerical error with my payment schedule and started automatically withdrawing payment from my account a month earlier than what was agreed on in my final contract. The origanal contract we had was updated because delivery of the equipment was a month late. Some how they did not update the new terms in there system and began withdtawing a month before schedule or according to the origanal terms putting me up a month ahead in payments, the way i saw it. Well 10 months later i fell behind 3 weeks i didnt worry because i was a month ahead remember. Well they repossessed my work van to collect the equipment inside.

The van i owned and according to contract they could repossess it to recover their equipment but they held my van for a few months and i only got it back after i had a lawyer send a letter demanding the return of my propertyonly then i got it back in about three days. When i first called them after the repo they said that i could get it back if i payed two months payment " the month they thought i was late" and the following month as well and also the cost of the repo, pluse penalty charges also. And what happened next is the worst part, they stated that after i payed their demands the contract would have new terms and these terms would only be revield to me after i pay.

When i informed them of the error they made in the first place they were arguing the payment dates of of the first contract  until i faxed them the terms of payment that i had i dont think they were aware of the updated payment schedule at any time before. They held my work van for so long i lost my work contracts with all my properties!!!! I had my origanal equiment that i could have installed and continued my bussiness had they returned my van within a week as required by law. Five years of hard work gone that quickly i never recovered i had lost $10,000 at this point three months later they called the co-signer my brother trying to collect $13,000 more or his great credit would be ruined. I dont know if he allowed it to go to collections or if he payed it we havent talked since.
