I ordered several large bottles of fragrance oils with this company. I had done business with them prior and everything was always very good. This time, two of the larger orders arrived and had almost no fragrance. The others were of the usual high quality I was used to. I contacted the business and asked them to check their stock. Suspiciously, to me, they refused to do this. What they did do was create an excuse every time I wrote, it is as if they had a list of excuses to blow off anyone who complained, right next to their computer. They refused to investigate, refused to replace, refused to refund. The larger bottles are pretty expensive, and because they declined to even look at their stock, I consider this a bad business because there is obviously no recourse if you get a bad batch.
