I bought a digital camera from Band Y Distributors off Ebay along with a 5 year warranty with RepairTech at www.repairtech.com . I received the camera and registered the product with RepairTech no problem. It is only when I actually need cutomer service that things have come to my attention. This B and Y Distributors company is obviously a scam, I bought the camera 2 years ago and it probably had a defect as it doesn't work anymore. No one answers the phone number for B and Y and they have no website. RepairTech has a website that seems legit but deosn't provide a contact number. The numbers given to me on the warranty card both don't work, it comes back with a busy/number no longer used signal. Emails sent to the generic email address of this company remain unanswered.
So long story short, do not trust either of these companies, they are crooks.
