B Central Direct ripoff fraudulent business practices repetitive billing for services not authorized or requested Boca Raton Florida

B Central Direct claims to be a source for business listings. They contacted our small outdoor shop and wanted to "verify" our service listing. The employee who took the call, knowing it was a telemarketing solicitation, mistakenly said, "yeah, yeah, whatever," and hung up, which they took as an "acceptance" of our desire to want their services. They began sending us bills, to which we responded "cancel, did not authorize or request this service," and after several attempts at discussing the matter with their operators (who were incredibly rude, impatient, and snippy) we finally filed a complaint with the Florida Better Business Bureau for their county. Meanwhile they have claimed to have sent our company name to a credid reporting agency, and we will surely have to deal with our credit report in the near future.

Similar in practice to Ameri-source Publications, who is now doing the same things to our business! Ack! These sorts of fruadulent business types should be stopped!
