Joined this weight loss program in September 2010, cost up front $2000. I had an appointment setup for Nov 22, 2010, but about a week before I received a phone call stating my medication was at the Flower Mound Office.
I went to the Flower Mound Office and spoke to Sandy my rep from the Arlington Office who informed me that the Arlington office was closed and they would be opening a new location to service that area and that I would be contacted.
I have not received a call nor letter from B-Ki to this day. I called other phone numbers which are no longer in service.
I will continue trying to recoup my money. I'm sure there are other clients from this office with the same complaint.
