B ki Weight Management, B ki TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN!!! Flower Mound, Texas

I started with B ki weight loss on Nov 6th 2010 and paid 1290 for my service and have not received one b12 shot or measurement only received my Hcg for the first 20 days. B ki did not call and let me know they were closing down, I had to find out by calling by going to the Arlington office and nothing was there. After I called the burleson office they said they close down and I would be going to the camp bowie one to pick up my medicine and get my services done there. I than went to go pick up my medicine Nov 16th at the camp bowie office and set appointment for 10 days later to get measurement and consulting staff, I was to get b12 in couple days.

When I called up there to let them know I was coming up there to get b12 shot no one answer the phone and than called burleson and no one answered the phone I did that for a week straight, than called flower mound and someone finally answered and said all there office were closing down so I stated I wanted a refund so she tole me to email bkirepresentatvie@gmail.com and receive email from Donna Beyer stating she cannot give refund and said she will be coming to dallas to sit with me and tell me how the program has help her. I told her I do not want that I want a refund and I did not hear from her.

I than heard from a lady from waco to verify address to send second set of medicine I told her I wanted a refund because I was not getting all the services I paid for and that is not right. She told me that she will put it in the system and I will probably not get a refund.

I just want my money because this company knew they were closing and still told my 1290 dollars and have not given me any of the services I paid for I deserve 75 percent of my money back.
