Bought sets of 23 returns phones, received total 14 phones and were garbage,not even one was salvageable. LOST MY $1,500 INVESTMENT with no way of recuperating anything back. They sold me empty shell phones, the inside of the phone were completely stripped of its interior contents and shipped me shell phones. I filed a dispute and was ignored for about a week, started emailing customer services, whom responded that i should contact their dispute contracted company, they claimed was not part of b-stock and that they are not affiliated with them, therefore, telling me they can't be of any help to me. 9 days later their fake dispute center whom handles insurance coverage responded and told me they cannot do anything for me. the seller from TX, LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING SAID ON LISTING. I PROVIDED HARD COPY PROVES AND IT MEANS NOTHING TO ANYONE, INSTEAD BSTOK FAKE INSURANCE COMPANY ASKED ME TO FILE A CLAIM WITH SELLER FED EX ACCOUNT-SELLER SHIPPING COMPANY, when order were delivered in sealed non tampered box.

first, i am the buyer, only the account holder can file a claim, bstock fake insurance company provided me an instructions on how to still file a fake claim with fedex and insisted that i file a claim with fedex, who delivered order faithfully and have nothing to do with the products the missing products or conditions. ALL IN THE ATTEMPT TO AVOID COMPENSATING ME OR PAYING ME COVERAGE OF MISSING PHONES. THEY CLOSE THE DISPUTE WITH NO RESOLUTION. THEY ALSO DENIED MY REQUEST TO RETURN THE ITEMS BACK TO SELLER. DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM TAXAS SELLERS, NOT FROM BSTOCK PERIOD , YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY COMPLETELY. THEY ARE GROUPS OF THIEF'S.
