B2 Motorsports silverback customs, bruce herving Took a deposit to do minor body work and paint my car, never performed any work on it and will not refund my deposit, had the car over 3 month for work that they said would be done in two weeks Winter Springs Florida

I took my car in to have minor body work done and have it painted. The estimate for the paint and body work on my 1965 Mustang was $1500. I was told that i needed to pay half up front and the the car would be completed in two weeks. I dropped my car on the July 9 th 2013. On July 12th they moved my car to another location without my knowlegde. A few day later I found out my car was at another shop. This shop was nothing like the first shop , it had no spray booth was poorly lit and had really bad electrical issues. I talked to Bruce about my concerns, they promised it would be completed properly and in about 2 week. 

I went back in two weeks the car was not even started. To find out the painter and body man, and one of the partners were both gone. Bruce Herving again reassured  me that my car would be done properly, he had a new bodyman and painter starting next week. That El specialized in classic cars and again it would be done in about 2 weeks. 

I returned in about a week and a half, still nothing is done and El quit. I talked to the gentleman at the shop to have Bruce call me. Bruce called me back a few days later. Bruce gave me a long story and asked if he could have a couple days to get this resolved. On Sept third Bruce and I talked about nothing happening to the car i asked him to return my deposit and I will pick up the car. Bruce said he had something in the work and would call me back. On Sept 5th he texted me and said he's got his end handled. I called Bruce and he said it would be done in a week. On sept 12 still nothing done. Then told it would be done on the Sept 18th .... Nothing done. I pulled the car out on Sept 19th . i contacted Bruce to get my money back, keep saying he will have it for me in a couple days. Been chasing him now for almost 2 weeks. Do not do business with this company.
