B2C Insurance Leads MSB Consultants, Inc Provided live leads to my office and the customers were complaining of harassment. Coral Springs Florida

I purchased 200 leads from B2C Insurance Leads for $850. I received a toal of 4 phone calls when I decided to cancel the campaign. Out of those 4 calls were 3 customers claiming this company calls them multiple times a day, THATS HARASSMENT.

I apologized to those people and when I reached out to the company to tell them this was not something my company wanted to be a part of they pretty much said too bad. The agent Jeremy claimed that he could only refund $150 of my $850. WHY? If you are such a successful company then why do you steal people’s money? 4 PHONE CALLS.... that's all my office took. I even offered to pay their $4.25 per call rate for those 4 calls.

They still refused to refund my money so in return I offered to continue taking those phones calls that I paid for and when I got these harassed clients on the phone I was going to offer to file a complaint on their behalf with the Florida state attorney general's office. Then Jeremey told me I wasn't allowed to tak the phone calls.

So not only did they tell me I couldn't get my money back but now I can't get the phone calls I paid for either.

I have filed complaints with every department possible and they still refuse to handle the situation professionally.

 After 4 phone calls we decided we didn't want to be a part of this. I mean who calls customers multiple times a day and them forwards them to companies to deal with. One lady threatened to call the police on us and then proceeded to call my office to harass my staff like she thought we had been to her. I asked for a refund and was told no.
