  B2V destroyed my hair. They used damaging products that burned my skin and eyes. All I wanted was a cut, but they insisted on using products I didn't want.

  Ruined our hair for the wedding. Alberto Borrelli was very defensive and refused to give us our money back.  He had seemed nice until then. Borrelli used products that damaged our hair.  His lawyer threatened us when we complained.

  Steve, the owner of the salon cut my hair.  I told him specifically what I wanted (long layers, angled cut bangs) and even provided him with pictures.  He gave me the WORST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER HAD.  It can best be described as a bob combined with a mullet.  It looks like he took a lawn mower to my head.  And it is not even close to what I requested.  It will take a long time to grow out and look half way decent again.

  This place was terrible.......  Lousy haircut from a Brazilian guy who was so rude and seriously seemed to be day dreaming.  The plpace is an old house and was honestly filthy....  DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME and you are better off at Super Cuts.

  Caution...don't let all the Hollywood hype fool you about Kim Vo's coloring abilities.  I am a brunette and have had highlights for years.  I have had some doosies that leave reddish/orange tint but only from inexperienced stylist.  I expected only the best from Kim, but feel a bit let down from the whole experience.  I had to wait over an hour to get started from my appointment time.  He finally started the process with a "smudging" process.  He basically put color all over my roots.  This sat for about 20 minutes and then it was washed out and then dried before the highlights began.  He only highlighted about 10-15 large chunks of the top section of my hair.   They are alright, but a bit brassy.  When I put my hair in a pony tail, the highlights are not visible, only the slightly orangish color that the smudging made is seen. Also the smudging (I'm really not sure what that was) has left my roots extremely dry and damaged.  It has been weeks since I left the salon and every time I wash my hair I can still smell bleach. 
  The real kicker is that after the highlights were finished and  my hair was washed and blew out, Kim didn't bother to come take a look and see how it turned out.  He may have wanted to make some changes had he seen the end result. I looked around for him but since I had already been in the salon for four hours, I was ready to be done with it! 
  I would say to brunettes to save their money and see someone else.
