In spite of Mr Ogunbajo's claims of sincerity, and his accomplice okafo's allegation of character assasination, Tunde Ogunbajo has shown his true colours.

He claimed that he bought me two vehicles and that both were at the ports. Well, there was actually only one! A white 2wd (Not 4wd as agreed) truck with 40,123miles on the odometer. A carfax check revealed that the vehicle had been clocked! It had actually done 188,217miles!!

He valued the vehicle at $11,200 and has refunded $16,000. The problem now is that he has refused to pay my balance of two thousand eight hundred and fifty dollars ($2,850). We agreed at a meeting in March 2008 that I would post a rejoinder on ripoffreport.com and he'd pay the balance. I sent him the rejoinder on March 25,2008 and he said he found it unsatisfactory. I asked him to edit it and send it back and he has consistently refused!

It's been 11months since I sent him the draft of the rejoinder. Since then, he has refused to take my calls; he would not return voice messages and would not reply my emails.

BABATUNDE OGUNBAJO (BOZO AUTOS) STILL OWES ME $2,850 and is refusing to pay. Let all be aware.
