We ordered the product via Amazon and the rear left tire fell off while we were out on a walk. This is extremely disappointing as we’ve had it for less than a month. We tried to put the wheel back on but it’s no longer staying on and either something is misaligned causing it to come off or something’s broken. We’ve used it a few times a week since we got it so it hasn’t even been used that much in the less-than-one-month we’ve owned it.

I've had needless back-and-forth with their customer service department who informed me that it would take up to 14 business days for them to send me a new rear wheel assembly kit. So basically I've had it three weeks and will have to wait up to three-plus weeks for them to send me a new wheel.
