I ordered from bacheloretteparties.com for favors for my friend's bachelorette party and never received my package. I called Prive Co, the company the website is affiliated with, and had to call several times and leave several messages.  No one ever returned any of my calls or answered my email to them.  I finally got through to someone and he told me to check with my post office because they use USPS and since I live in an apartment building, if the box doesn't fit into the mailbox, the post office holds on to it.  Apparently this happens often and people don't receive their boxes. 

I went to my post office and they had the box. At this point, it was too late to use my order and I wrote return to sender on the box, as they told me to do.  Two weeks later, I still hadn't seen the credit to my account so I called yet again.  I spoke to Justin, who told me he would credit me back and I asked for an email to confirm it so that I wouldn't have to deal with them again.

I checked my email and noticed the amount was less than I paid.  I called and got Justin again.  He said the amount was minus the shipping.  I asked why I would have to pay for the shipping when it wasn't my fault I never got the package and my reason for returning it wasn't because of the product itself.  I never even opened the box!

Justin then proceeded to be very rude to me and even raised his voice at me.  He interrupted me several times and I had to tell him not to interrupt me while I was talking.  I asked to speak to his manager and he said he was the only one there.  I asked for the number to someone I could talk to about this and he said there wasn't another number and this was the only one.  He said,"You could call all day and you would only get me."

I'm very shocked at the so called customer service of this company and the fact that they would hire someone who would talk to customers that way.  I have never had anyone raise their voice or interrupt me as Justin had.  This company can keep the money for shipping but I will never deal with this company ever again.  Prive Co:
Please send your staff to customer training and use a better shipping method.

I'm very shocked at the so called customer service of this company and the fact that they would hire someone who would talk to customers that way.  I have never had anyone raise their voice or interrupt me as Justin had.  This company can keep the money for shipping but I will never deal with this company ever again.  Prive Co: Please send your staff to customer training and use a better shipping method.
