BACI MGMT Theatre Whoopi Goldberg show ticket rip off Towson Maryland

I purched tickets in June of 2006 for a Whoopi Goldberg show from BACI scheduled for October. I thought BACI was a legitimate event handler.

A few days before the show I get a call from ticketmaster saying the show was rescheduled for January 28th. On January 24th I get another call that the show was totally cancelled and in order to get a refund I had to contact the ticket seller - it wasn't ticketmaster. The seller would not initiate a refund unless I called them.

Well after seven months, who knows how the tickets were purchased. The tickets said ticketmaster all over them. I had to call all my credit card companies to get copies of statements to figure it out. After calling BACI they tell me they will only refund my money if I mail the tickets back - why? They are no good to anyone. It is a delaying tactic. How many people are in the same boat as me after seven motnhs? You can bet BACI makes out on this deal.
