Dealing with this group has been an absolute nightmare.

I invested/loaned them money almost three years ago with what was supposed to be a guaranteed repayment after one year, and I have yet to see full payment. So they have either stolen thousands of dollars from me or are (at the time of writing) 656 days deliquent. Either situation is poor business.

It started with them denying that they owed me the money, even though I had a written agreement between us clearly indicating my rights to be repaid. They decided to change the rules of repayment and disregarded the written agreement, hence the bait and switch. The British Columbia Securites Commission has even come forwad and informally accused them and the agreement to be boarderline fraudulent*.

I have sent 3 demand letters, involved the British Columbia Securities Commission, Kentucky Attorney General and the IRS in this matter, so there is an ongoing investigation with all three agencies. I am currently awaiting a hearing between the state of Kentucky and the group.

I also have a significant amount of correspondence between the group and myself, which clearly catches them in flat out lies, and shows their true charachter. They even stated that they would rather use the money (which originally they claimed they didn't have to pay me (more on that later)) going to court than to pay me back.

They told me over and over and over that they didn't have any money to pay me, only to find out (through their own publications and admittance) that they spent $50,000 to join a mastermind project and $35,000 on legal templates for another business.

Lastly, its also worth noting that they did indeed pay me a $300 payment, out of the thousands they owe, only when the British Columbia Securties Commission started poking around. However, no matter what outcome arises, I doubt I'll see any of the money again, as part of the group is currently in a $2 million+ bancruptcy.

So don't buy into their hypochritacal tag line "play with integrity" because they sure don't!

All claims have been verified through significant documentaition and are held through my attorney in an 'open investigation' file.

*Awaiting trial hearing for formal indictment.

Dear Reader,

This is to confirm that the above parties have settled the payment and are considered paid in full. All parties involved have worked out the differences and have come to a mutual agreement that there was a complete misunderstanding on my part, the original poster.

As the original poster, I take back everything that I have written. In addition, I am confident that the parties involved are legitamate businessmen and would fully consider conducting business with them again.
