This company mistreated us in all the possible ways. And they are not even ashamed. They will do anything to sell you their product. Lies is they most powerful sales tool.

They sold us their backdrops, saying that everybody likes them and there were no returns so far. The most important question for us was - if it wrinkles easily - they said it's wrinkle free, they even advertise it on their homepage - "Wrinkle Free", which is so not true - it's wrinkled and non-usable out of the box.

We came to them next day to return it, and were informed that they do not do returns - store credit only - we were nice and patient, and tried to explain the situation, and most importantly - what the salesman told us. They said they will take time to review the issue, after a week, it was confirmed to us that we can only have the store credit. Now, that's ridiculous - when such a simple thing as backdrop is so poorly made - why would I want anything else, it does not get any simpler then the backdrop - to buy anything else from them would be the waste of money. It even states in their policy - "Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer store credit and not refunds for returned items." - guess what is the nature of their products - it is bad, Bad, BAD QUALITY.
