Bad Bananas Clever Girl Brands Rip-off!!! Bad Bananas received my return/did not refund my money Internet

Warning!! Do not buy from Bad Bananas/Clever Girl Brands. They advertise on Facebook and have very cute products, but horrible customer service. I ordered a glass for my adult son for Christmas. The glass arrived with the wrong wording and I returned it in early January. I do have proof that the return was received, however I have never received a refund for the returned item. I have contracted Bad Bananas multiple times and usually get an automated responses saying I will receive my refund as soon as it is approved. I received one response that looked like it was written by a real person - but it said the same thing 'sorry for the delay - you will get your refund as soon as it is approved'. It has been two months since they received the item and I am beginning to believe I will ever get my money back. This company has been reported to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Ripoff Report by many others. (too bad I didn't know that before I ordered) Bad Bananas/Clever Girls should be shut down for scamming customers.
