Bad Boy Biker Jewelry, Badboybikerjewelry.com refuses to send the correct items that were paid for. Beaumaris Internet

I ordered a piece of jewelry from badboybikerjewelery.com as a christmas gift for my husband. I ordered it well before with plenty of time for shipping. Well, as Christmas got closer I still didn't receive my order. There is not phone number on the site to call, so I sent several e-mails to the so called customer service. That got me now where as no response was ever recieved. Finally, about 3 days before Christmas I get a package in the mail that is post marked with a P.O. Box in California. It was the wrong item. It was a completely different item than I had ordered and it was no where near the same price. There was no packing slip and nothing in the package that would indicate how to return or exchange the items. I contacted badboy customer service by e-mail several times and got no response at all. I finally had to threated legal action when I got an email from someone named Baza saying that they would refund my money. So I tried to claim my refund but it is through PayPal and I do not and will not set up an account with them. I asked that Baza just send the original piece of jewlery that I ordered instead. Again, silence for weeks until I finally send another email stating that I would report them as a rip off site. Then I get an email from them stating that it's my fault that the refund won't go through, and they are not going to send the merchandise that I ordered.
