BAD BOY BUGGIE- EZGO-TEXTRON BAD BOY BUGGIE AMBUSH PROBLEMS AND NO SOLUTIONS! AUGUSTA GA

I have a 2013 BBB Ambush.  I purchased the unit in 10-2013.  In 2-2014 I took unit to be serviced because the unit goes in forward in nutral and reverse.

Unit went forward and pinned me against the trailer i was loading on causing  huge bruise and swelling.  I have video of the unit going forward in reverse and neutral.

5 service trips later and an engineer from BBB working on the unit to no resolution, BBB states they will not work on unit and do not know how to fix it. In 2016 the dealer has had my unit longer than  me attempting to fix it.

I filed a report with the Consumer Safety Product Commission.  BBB respnded they had fixed the unit and returned it to me.  This was infact a mis-representation of the truth. The unit had not been touched by BBB and still at a dealer waiting to be fixed.  BBB had actually falsified a Govt document. 

I now have a 1800 lb paper weight  BBB states it is my probelm and not thiers, because it is out of warrenty and they do not know how to fix a poorly designed unit. 

Customer services and product support is definetly not important to BBB. 

"They will never hear you coming"....yeah right...that is because I have to push the 2013 AMBUSH to keep it from rolling over someone.

The reputation of customer serivce speaks for itself; it is very poor.  Bad mistake for EZGO and TEXTRON to purchase this company.

BE CUTIOUS OF ANY PURCHASES OF THESE UNITS.
