BadAssChrome.com Did not credit credit card account after merchandise returned, won't return phone calls, Internet

I orderedtwo (2)motorcycle items for a Christmas present on November 29th, 2010. It took weeks to receive one (1)item, (1) one was backordered. I decided to cancel the order and sent the item that I received back via U.P.S. They received the returned item. I called and received no answer only a voice mailbox. I left a message with my order number explaining to cancel the backordered item and I returned (1) one item. No return call. I called again and left a message. After a few days someone called and said they would credit my account. They said they received the item back. Time passed by with no credit. I called two (2) more time and left messages , and again no return calls. As of this writing no calls back only voice mailboxes. Now I have to go through the trouble of getting in touch with my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Please DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. They are a RIPOFF.
