Badcreditloanservices.com ripoff no help no service scam Internet

We received 6 (six) emails from this customer on the following dates:

4. Fri Jan 12 2007
5. Sun Jan 14 2007
6. Tue Jan 16 2007

All Were answered within less than 2 hours. The first ones were even re-replied by him and consisted on inquiries about our service. Probably the third and forth emails were filtered out by his email provider (hotmail) as spam and thus he sent the fifth email accusing us of not answering his communications, demanding a refund along with threats and insults.

We cordially answered all the emails, even the fifth one which he received and acknowledged as he answered it complying with our refund policy on the 16th of January. After processing the refund, The 18th of January Paypal.com credited his account back.

Thus, he joined our site on the 10th of January, requested a refund on the 16th of January and within less than 48 business Hs. (18th of January) we issued a refund order which Paypal.com processed and credited his account back.

We are sorry that due to problems with the email provider and the miss-configuration of spam filters this situation took place. This customer however, knows that the money was refunded because it must have showed up on his account. Also, both paypal.com and us sent an email notifying that the refund was processed.

We work hard trying to match people who need financial products with suitable lenders and we even sent this customer four links to additional lenders after we received the email with insults and threats. Because that is what we do: help those who need a loan to find the right lender.
Loan applications need to be filled personally due to legal reasons. We cannot contact the lenders and apply on behalf of the customers because in most cases by applying, the customer authorizes the lender to pull his credit report and that's something that almost everyone knows but in this case, we also specifically explained this fact to the customer.

We provide access to many lenders and advice to those seeking finance. Through our site customers gain access to many lenders dealing with personal loans, business loans, home loans, car loans, student loans and many more.

We are neither a scam nor a rip-off. All payments and refunds are currently being processed by paypal.com which has customer protection programs you can read about at their site. Thus, as soon as we receive a refund request we process it right away and that is what we did.

We regret this situation but we acted accordingly to the customer's request in a timely manner.
