I stored my stuff at a local storage company till my townhome was ready to move in to. During the time it was in storage a rodent chewed through my new mattress and boxspring, well I did sign up for the insurance through Bob Bader insurance...and wow they do not want to cover it...fine, but the problem I have is that they told I had to hold on to the mattress till everything was done.

So I called and I asked when  I could dispose of the damaged property, they told me that everything was taken care of and I could do what I wanted with the property, so I chose to let it go to the dump, but at that point I figured that they were going to cover it, but no...they sent me a letter a week later saying sorry they do not cover rodent damage, after I took it to the dump, I could of had someone professionally clean and fix it, no I am out 1300.00 dollars
