badgehelp.com i had bought word whomp - whompster v.1.4, needed new code cause i bought new computer. now they want to give me a code for wordwhomp word master which is not what i paid for originally. But they sent me a fake receipt with wordmaster instead of word whomp. not what i had paid for. They must not care about customers because they love to argue with you Internet

bought a progam called word whomp registerd it for word whomp.needed a new code cause i got new computer. Now they want to give me a code for something i did not pay for.Even though they sent me a receipt that says different.but i know for a fact i paid for word whomp not wordmaster.Because if i am going to pay for a cheat program for a game I sure the hell would not pay for one that you have to sit there and type during the game instead of it playing it for you.Don't make much since huh.But badgehelp wants to argue with me about it.Still want to give me a code for something i have never used.so screw them i will never buy another program again.Pretty sad cause i was going to buy all programs for 150.00.Not now though

My experience over the years with them has been so different....

AUTHOR: Lisa - (U.S.A.)

First of all, let me say I do not personally know either the owners of Badge Help or the person who filed this complaint.

But as a person who has done business with Badge Help on numerous occasions over the last four years - I've never once had an issue, and even recommended people to their site, and none of them have ever experienced a problem.

There are some programs that have two different types of auto-players. One auto player for Word Whomp that the complainer mentioned plays the game for you. The other just gives suggestions and the player of the game types in the words themselves. If you're not careful, it is very easy to download, install, and then register the program. You should always run the free version before you register it to make sure it's the program you want - otherwise, why buy it? I rather prefer the try before you buy aspect of doing business with them, because there are times the auto player just doesn't play the way you would, or you find maybe it's not for you. THAT is what the free trial period is for.

In my humble opinion, the person who filed the complaint against badge help most likely downloaded and purchased the wrong auto player. If they have their receipt for the program, all they have to do is email it to badge help (I've had to do this a few times myself) and in my experience, a code is sent back within hours at the latest (depending on what time of day, or what day - weekends can take a little longer than the minutes of waiting). When the complainer purchased the software, they inevitably used their credit card to make the purchase. Why doesn't that person contact their credit card company for a copy of the receipt, and then there will be no questions as to what he or she purchased, and I'm sure if badge help was wrong, they'd be the first to admit it. I've found them to be very honorable.
