This doesn't make sense...

So you claim he "stole" your pic and used it to entice "innocent girls" to strip via web cam. I agree with the statements already made: If the girls were so innocent, the wouldn't be doing this. Second, you claim he enticed one of "your friends" to do this and then also claims to have sold the video. If she was actually your friend, why in the world would she strip for you via web cam??? If you have that kind of relationship with her, I would think she would (A) recognize your pic as YOU but realize the email address or skype/oovo (or whatever means of contact he was using) is not YOUR email address or username; (B) question your motives as to why you suddenly wanted her to make a video for you; (C) call you to ask if it's really you and why you want such a thing. I mean, if you're friends in real life and choose to make sexually explicit videos, why wouldn't you just do it in person?

You claim that these "innocent" girls are being scammed, but they willingly went along with the scheme. Just because he "posed" as a l*****n and is actually a guy is irrelevant. If they choose to make a sexually explicit movie for an actual l*****n, that woman could have turned around and done the same thing. No one forced them to take off their clothes.

The only recourse you MIGHT have is to prohibit him from using YOUR pic. There is a web site called tineye.com which allows you to upload a pic and then search the internet (for free) to find out everywhere that image appears. It doesn't always return results, but I've used it for other images that are copyrighted to me and have found businesses that used them without my permission. As a result, I was able to get them removed. You could do the same thing for the pic he's using of you.

There was a case in the news recently where some scammers from Nigeria used a picture of an active-duty U.S. soldier to scam a woman in England into sending lots of money (thinking that she was helping out a soldier in need while he was stationed overseas). There is now a large investigation to find the scammers and the soldier whose image was used is actively participating in the investigation.

Assuming you can prove that this man did, in fact, use YOUR image, you might have a case. After all, you seem to already know who he is (as you posted his pic). So, you must have some idea who he is, where he resides, what his web site is, etc. A simple WHOIS search of the domain name or IP address will usually return his full contact info (unless he's added domain privacy). However, even if the privacy is in place, the WHOIS results will tell you who the hosting company is and you can contact them with the fraud information to get his site removed.

Best of luck to you. Hope my suggestions help. But keep in mind, the "innocent" victims in this case are NOT really innocent. They made a decision to do what they did and now regret it. In this day and age, it takes a real idiot to think that images/videos transmitted electronically will remain private!

If he is in another country then you will have a tough time getting to him. I am not sure that he really sold your "friend's" video. Why would he even mention that? Try taking the photos he copied and doing a reverse image search on them and see where on the internet they may be posted. You can try contacting whoever is hosting those images and you may get them taken down.
