BAE Eye Cream Joanna Gaines Disappointed in Joanna Gaines Cosmetic Line Employees Internet

I ordered some eye cream. The persson on the phone talked me into an additional product and said I wouldd be charged $5.00 The following month my credit card was charged $89.94 for the eye cream aand $84.97 for the eye serum.  When I called to ask what the upcharge was for, they said I did not call withion two weeks sto tell them if I liked it or not. They never instructed me to do so in the first place. I asked to be removed dform the list. They saaid I had to pay the $174.

I felt that Ms. Gaines would be an honest person to do business with and wanted to try her product. Her call center was pushy, dishonest and the product did not work for me.

This is no way to do business. I expected honesty. I got none. I am disappointed in the way she does business.
