Bag Borrow Or Steal false advertising don't waste your money ripoff Seattle Washington Internet

When you first see their bags you think, "too good to be true." There were ALL designer bags for as little as $19.99 per month. Considering I just paid over $500 for my last bag, you can imagine my excitement.

So I try them out. I ask to "borrow" my first bag, got a confirmation and was told it would be in my possesion within 7-10 business days. I waited, and waited, and waited. No bag, no response from the company. I called the # on thier website and was told that they were having technical difficulties due to changing their banks. I figured that was understandable.

Then I find out that the bag I originally wanted to borrow wasn't actually available anymore. I was upset, but since there were so many other bags to choose from, i picked the next on my list. Again, I waited and waited and waited. No purse, and again no response from the company. I don't understand why they couldn't have at least called me to let me know they were having some problems.

So this time when I talk to the lady, she says there was never an order put in for this particular bag. By this time I was beginning to get pretty frustrated. Of course now this bag wasn't available to borrow either. So down the list I go. I chooose the next bag and am assured that I will be sent overnight delivery to my house due to my inconvenience.

FINALLY! I get my Lulu Guiness bag I ordered. Things seemed to be looking up! Until I opened the box and saw the most worn out dirty used excuse for a purse. I was pissed. See, on their website, they say their bags go through a very intense screening process and that they are VERY selective on what bags leave their warehouse. I didn't carry the purse and sent it right back. Wrote them a letter about my dissatisfaction and thought it was over.

So why am I still being charged 19.99 a month for bags I don't borrow? Because I signed a contract for 3 mos. See, that's how they get you. Before you ever borrow your first bag, you have to sign this stupid contract. In my opinion, this company is definitely guilty of false advertising. They do not live up to their promise.
