I have recieved mutliple calls at my work from foreign speaking person.  Saying that I owe on a payday loan that I never had.  Then I recieved a call from a attorney from a law firm.   I don't recall the name at the moment.  Then I recieve a email from this attorney:  John Carter--out of Florida.   Saying that if I don't settle that I will have to pay up to $10,000 in attorney fees.  This so called loan is from March of 2012.   I did not take a loan from this company.   Whats really irritating that they call my work number.   I told the person on the phone if they called again that I will sue them and report them to the Attorney Gernerals office.

 I have been recieving calls from foreign men.  That I owe on payday loan from March of 2012.  And, I am being sued.  These calls have been at my work number.  Then I recieve a call from a person that worked at a law firm.  I do not have a payday loan from this company.   I told the person on the phone, if they call again.  I will sue them for harrassement.  And,  I will report them to the state Attorney Generals office.   So, then I recieve a email in my spam box from this so called attorney.  Which I have paste the email onto this report.
