The nursing program at Baker College of Cadillac is a joke.

The staff more resemble a herd of menstrating cattle who are pissed off at the world because they were unable to land a sugar daddy (doctor) to provide for them the lifestyle they think they deserve, then a core of educators.  Taken as a whole, they're less interested in producing quality healthcare providers as they are in psychological torture of their students.  

The curriculum is a farce.  Staff members assign three to four hundred pages of homework (to be read and absorbed in a 2 to 3 day period) and then administer exams that cover nothing to do with the homework, then they "teach" from a powerpoint presentation which they have little to no knowledge of themselves...in that order.

Preferential treatment is shown to select students.  For example, the daughter of the Director of Nursing at Baker College of Cadillac received her grades before any other student.  She mistakenly broadcast this on a popular social media outlet while the rest of her peers had to wait several days for their grades.  Grades are very important to these nursing students, and the fact that the rest of them had to wait through the weekend to find out where they stand is just another example of the vindictiveness of Baker College of Cadillac's nursing educators.

I undertook this adventure with the expectation that I was going to receive an education, not put through a weeding-out process.  I did not pay tens of thousands of dollars to play "lottery" with a group of burned out has-beens.  

My advice for future students of nursing at Baker College of Cadillac is take classes on how to properly address royalty, because that is who you are going to be receiving your education from, and if you upset their egos you will be eliminated from their ranks.

I, and all nursing students that have gone through the program have been ripped off.  It does not matter whether they have survived the weeding-out process or not.  They have not received the education they paid for.  They have not been taught how to be nurses.  They have been toyed with, and their money gobbled up by the establishment.  Baker College of Cadillac, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
