This is a credit card fraud scam or affiliate marketer scam where you apply for a job on craigslist night janitors wanted in the reply you are directed to a credit check website
The objective is to get you to sign up and get your information here is the response I received

Once you fill out the report, an email is automatically generated that notifies us of your acceptance, that in turn will mail you the times for orientation and uniform fitting. Be sure to bring 2 forms of identification with you to the orientation.
