This is an individual who hides behind many companies and llc,s so his slim shady business practices can be delegated out to all the low lives he employs to take part in his so called real estate companies.

What this company does is nothing short of stomach turning in its quest to make money. Actually his morals and scruples when it comes to operating a business as he calls it are lower than common thugs and  criminals who would at least tell you they were going to steal from you. This a**hole hides behind law enforcement whom I might add are also questionable in the way they perform their services ie.threatening to shoot my cats if they were to bother him. real nice wholesome pillars of the community. just the kind of people that need more money and the power that it breeds to make arizona more of a dump than it already has become. people that are not native to arizona should not come here to start businesses they should stay where they were born and work at the family owned bakery business.
 
It has always been said  by many different individuals that if you are in business and you are aware of fraudulent activities that u should not take part in those activities. so when Bruce Woullet aka. Bakerson llc., - that cheap.com were informed of the title issues and the fraudulent activities involved in my mortgage one would think that if they were a respectable business that they would not want to partake in the problems instead they not only went thru with the deal but they threw my wife (who is disabled by the way)and myself out of the home we have owned for 20 years without even a second thought or caring what would happen to us or our animals  that they threaten to kill.   

To say the least i wonder if this real estate company ever took a business class on how to run a successful business and if they did they must of been absent on the day they taught how to deal with people respectfully and honestly because lets face it if thats what you have to do to make a living how long do you think your going to live and what kind of a living are you really making?
