  Sir, My name is Mark Benfatto. I currently reside at the above address. We have been here for 3.5 years and currently retiring. I have a few concerns that warrant this email... I have requested numerous service calls for the mold upstairs in master bedroom, downstairs backdoor and vents on ceiling by front door. We have had leaks from upstairs bathroom that was pouring out of smoke detector in dining area downstairs. Which now has water damage on ceiling/green mold forming. During ice storm 2 years ago our pipes burst in the shed. They tore the wall out to get to it and hasn't been repaired, despite numerous attempts! Our vents/filters have not been changed for over a year also made numerous attempts for service. We have had nothing but concerns with home. When we arrived here and took keys from the leasing agent she wasn't very informative about taking possession of the property. We had numerous issues with the walk through and all she told us was just to write it down and someone will come out and repair/replace the issues. Well, that never happened! Our major concern is the mold throughout the home! I am concerned for the new tenants that will be arriving here. My wife has been sick more times in 3 years than in her whole life. I have developed asthma and have also been sick more times than I can remember. My four children also have been to the doctors for breathing and asthmatic issues. These visits have been well documented by the hospital. The master bathroom has been the worst through out our stay here. We have had the bathtub resurfaced and the mold cleaned by service a few times. I called a few weeks ago about the mold downstairs and the vents on the ceiling. The service tech came out and completed nothing but the upstairs bathroom AGAIN!!! The house has to have a complete over haul in my opinion!! I can't see renting this home to a anyone with these issues!! I have pictures of all the mold and other concerns about this home. I appreciate your time in this matter.
